QUALITY CONTROL

Our quality control starts when a customer places an order, by making sure we know exactly what the customer wants and needs in a finished product. Then the complete process is planned to produce the finished product to meet the customers specifications exactly.

The part is checked at every step of the process to make sure it meets the specifications of the customer . This is then double checked by a quality control inspector.

Our quality control department operates out of a climate controled inspection room.

We are working toward becoming ISO 9000 compliant and eventually ISO 9000 certified.
